Our Process
Engage
First, we like to start with a FREE 30-minute phone call to discuss your client’s position, needs and price. Once we discuss and finalize the team members needed for your service, we will request clients to sign an engagement letter to proceed. Collection of Documents
We pride ourselves in keeping all client information confidential and safe. Each attorney and client will be provided with a secure folder to upload any documents requested by team members.
First Meeting
Depending on the services requested (valuation, mediation or valuation + mediation) our team will schedule a 1-2 hour meeting to discuss findings and missing documents. This meeting will be used to discuss a plan moving forward and schedule future appointments. Meetings can be in person at our St. Louis location or virtual via ZOOM.

Second Meeting
Our team will schedule future meetings based on the needs previously discussed. Your client(s) will be involved throughout these meetings. Meetings can be in person at our St. Louis location or virtual via ZOOM.
